Market Recap 24.12.09
The markets are like watching Arsenal in the late 1980s... boring, boring, boring... As the liquidity in the market dries up, it takes less and less to move the market, and with every passing session, thoughts are turning more to dry sherry and having to spend Christmas with Aggie and her sister Bertha, and less to do with fund activity and USD movements. Algeria bought 300K of optional origin wheat last night (probably French) and the USD fell a bit on US economic news. It is difficult to think of the markets when we are all actually thinking of a tubby bloke in a red suit, so to both of you who still read this, put on Die Hard 2, grab some of that noggy-egg and have a very safe and very merry Christmas. Hopefully you have had as much fun reading the comments this year as I have had writing them!
